I came here for my yearly eye exam and the doctor and the staff were super helpful. Dr. Scott Lam
Dr. Scott Lam, a Southern California native, has a distinguished career in optometry, marked by a strong educational foundation and diverse professional experience. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC San Diego and a Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry in New York, Dr. Lam returned to Southern California to refine his skills in various optometry settings. He later established MPO EyeCare, now located in Alhambra, where he provides comprehensive services, including specialty contact lens fittings, myopia management, dry eye management, and vision therapy. Dr. Lam is known for his thorough, educational approach to eye care, and has been dedicated to enhancing his patients' quality of life throughout Southern California since 2004.

I've never received better or more detailed care from a health provider than I have from Dr. Lam at MPO. He explains everything that's going on with your eyes using 3D models and in laymen's terms. On several appointments he's spent up to an hour working with me trying different brands and adjusting my prescription slightly in different directions to ensure I have 20/20 with soft lenses.
If only every doctor out there personalized patient treatment the same way!
